IMPORTANT NOTE 1: At least one author of each accepted paper must present their work as an oral presentation in order to be able to download the participation certificate and other documents. The conference proceedings and certificate of presentation as PDF files will be able to be downloaded by the conference participants with their accounts in the website. ISBN number will be given to the conference proceedings. We will not distribute any CD, USB or hardcover book version of conference proceedings. Only abstracts will be published in conference proceedings. Authors will submit their full papers to the sytem and are supposed to present their full papers (not abstracts) during conference. Presentation of full papers via our online system is mandatory.

IMPORTANT NOTE 2: Organiser company has right to collect all sessions of the conference in a day if there is a low number of participants. At this stage, participants cannot demand anything.

IMPORTANT NOTE 3: All accepted papers’ abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings. They will be also considered for publication in a special issue of Journal of Engineering and Natural Sciences (ESCI, EBSCO, WORLDCAT, DOAJ etc.), Journal of Thermal Engineering (SCOPUS, TR-DIZIN, ESCI, EBSCO, WORLDCAT, DOAJ etc), Journal of Advances in Manufacturing Engineering (BASE, DRJI) and Journal of Sustainable Construction Materials and Technologies (CNKI, DOAJ, WORLDCAT). Only selected papers may be published in these journals according to the review results there.

IMPORTANT NOTE 4: We do not call any participant by phone for anything. We do not demand anything from participants by phone. We are not responsible from your mistakes against international cheaters. Please do not give any positive response to the people who demand something about conferences before/after your presentation.
